My heart bleeded, girl

I need to have Lance's latest blog in my own lj, but I'm putting behind a cut because it's everywhere already, and no one needs to see it for the 5493th time. I just want it here, because I love him so very, very much.

I do want to point out this part, though: Or, if you have always wanted to ask that family member or friend if they were gay.. do it now.... in a very positive and private way , tell them it is ok and you will always be there no matter what. Sometimes its easier for someone to just flat out ask you. To bulid the courage to say it sometimes takes years.

I imagine he's talking about not just Chris, but all of them. I wonder if he wishes they'd asked him years ago, and I wonder if he would have been ready to tell them.

In other news, Jive is apparently fucking Backstreet over, too, according to Denise McLean. That doesn't make me hopeful for JC. Why force/let artists make albums if you're not going to at least try and release them?

Larry's the world's slowest reader, but he's already halfway through DH, and he just started it Thursday night. He was on call yesterday, so he must have spent the evening reading. Then he came home this morning and read for an hour before he went to bed, which he never does after a call night. I can see this is going to be a reversal of last Saturday, when Ash and I read all day and ignored him completely.
