My heart bleeded, girl

Happy Halloween to those who celebrate. I find it fun to watch other people do Halloween, as long as they don't expect me to put in any effort on it. Neville has a Halloween t-shirt, which I would take a picture of him in and show you, but I haven't re-installed my camera on my computer yet. I haven't put anything back on here yet. I have no idea why. October seems like it was a lost month, really. Who knew enforced inactivity could be so mentally draining?  November needs to be better.  My back is better and my cold is gone, so there's that.

I haven't put Office back on my laptop yet, either, and the disk is sitting right here. The OS this computer came with doesn't even have Apple Works, the only word processing program it has is Text Edit, which is so basic it barely has fonts. Maybe I'd be more inclined to write if I had Word back.

It's TrickC Day. I can't post pictures, because I don't have any anymore. So I thought I'd self-pimp instead. I didn't write anything new for today, but I have two TrickC stories and one Threemanbus story that I liked a lot back when I wrote them, so I think I'll link to them and count that as my contribution to the day. :)  (I'll spare you the Threeman bus story I wrote that sucks out loud.  You're welcome.)

Also, turps33 has a collection of TrickC ficlets here. As I told her, it's interesting the way changing canon changes the way we write. These stories could never have been written in quite this way before, even a year or two ago. Now, they seem just right.

sori1773 also wrote a TrickC ficlet which the same thing can be said about. It's warm and bittersweet.

I have to go to the grocery store, which means no crutches - it's hard to manage crutches and a cart together - but it's a gorgeous day out and I need to DO SOMETHING ACTIVE OMG.
