In 2004, I talked about the first Spiderman movie, which I seemed to have liked, and was making plans to drive to Tennessee to see Mom. If I remember correctly, Erin was going to go with me, then Mom called and said she didn't feel well enough, so I went to Columbus to visit the girls instead, then Mom called and said she changed her mind, but it was too late to go, the weekend was over and Erin had to work. She's still upset about that, because that would have been her last time to see her grandmother. I went down the next week instead, and then Mom died July 23.
Also, I bitched about Adam getting a speeding ticket and said how I drive over 80mph all the time and I never get one, and then I got one coming home from TN that next week.
I didn't post on the 3rd in 2005, but judging from my post on the 2nd, Valerie and I spent the Fourth in NYC and had lunch withglendaglamazon. \o/ for the first time meeting Glenda.
I was very chatty in 2006, posting twice. I askedpowrhug's advice on twins, because the girls must have been driving me crazy, I bitched about Larry being home and bored, I was sad that JC was quoted as saying NSYNC wasn't a band anymore, and I was happy that Adam decided his friend Ian was kind of useless.
In 2007, the Sparkly Glee stories had just gone live, I was curious about the OotP movie, I bitched about Eva Longoria's wedding coverage, and talked about Ash going vegan. I also talked about running on my newly tweaked orthotics, the ones that were ultimately to blame for my stress fracture. :(
So, that was kind of fun.
The girls are coming home tomorrow for the weekend. Lar's birthday is the 5th. I think it's going to rain the whole weekend. I'm planning on running a 5k with Merri tomorrow morning - the Whiskey Rebellion 5k. Can you tell we live in Western PA, home of the Whiskey Rebellion and are apparently damn proud of it?
