I'm sunburned. Not in an omg I'm fried way, but just in the way that I spent the past four afternoons at the pool/beach. It's probably enough. I know it's not good for my skin and I already have enough wrinkles, but it's something I only do every couple of years. Part of it is that childhood conditioning of growing up in Florida and my mother telling me to go outside and get some sun. She was always talking about looking healthier with some color.
Our flight home leaves at 3 this afternoon. We fly to Chicago, then to PGH. I don't mind flying the red eye if I can keep my restless leg syndrome under control. I have Valium, that should help. We spent most of dinner last night talking about Neville, I think Larry misses him. For some reason, it feels like we've been away forever.
Lar watched the debates yesterday. He's still undecided, although Palin might send him over the edge. I caught the end when I came back from the beach. Whatever impression I had of the whole thing was completely negated by Gullilani being an asshat afterwards.
I finally got to watch SPN. The internet here is dial-up and it took 7 hours for the episode to download.
