My heart bleeded, girl

*waves from the land of dial up*

Actually, it's not the dial up, it's the lack of portability. I hate to fly across the country just to spend my time tethered to the desk in Marcia's back bedroom, though, so I'm being an adult and sucking it up.

It's lovely here, and tomorrow night we're going out to dinner with Larry's former nurse practitioner who moved here last year. Then lunch Tuesday with Marcia's son, the payroll accountant. He worked on the new Star Trek movie, and also the Jonas Brothers concert movie. Which I didn't know there was one, but whatevs. He's working in Scottsdale right now, although Marcia couldn't tell me what on.

The Academy Awards weren't bad. Maybe it's the time difference and it's not midnight here yet, but they didn't seem to drag as much as usual. I like the way they presented the acting awards.

I forgot to progam my DVR, so I need to call Lois tomorrow and ask her to do that when she goes to check on Lucy. I can't miss Leverage on Tuesday, and Marcia has very limited cable channels.
