I'm posting my own version of fanficrants here today. Mostly about headers. And it's not really a rant, just some things that bug me.

First of all, seen in A/N in a comm today:

Really? REALLY? I think that about covers it.

Also, people should quit using the word "smex."

I also will not read anything where the author includes the phrase Don't like? Don't read in their warnings. It's unnecessarily confrontational, imo.

On another note, why is it that good fic doesn't keep me up reading until 4am, but badfic does? Or at least overwritten, overwrought angsty fic?

Okay, it's Winchester Day here today. Lois and I are going to start on season 3. I'm curious to see what she thinks. It has such a different tone than season 2. Well, all four seasons have such different tones.

Anyway, that means I need to get going and do something useful.

So, wait, the 18,000 marriages that have already taken place are still legal, but otherwise, no? How does that even make sense, California? Bastards.
