My heart bleeded, girl

Aiiee. Hockey is making me nervous tonight. I have to keep turning it off. Stupid NBC announcers, talking about what the effect might be on the players that they have to play back-to-back games two nights in a row, and I'm thinking, it's NBC's fault that they're doing it that way, just for the ratings. Although I shouldn't complain about attempts to get better TV ratings for hockey, should I?

Lois and I watched the rest of season 3 yesterday. She cried during A Very Supernatural Christmas, loved Colin Ford, hated Mystery Spot (!) because it made poor Sammy sad, and thought Ghostfacers was very poorly timed. She was amused by it but the hand-held camera made her nauseous, so we only watched about ten minutes of it. She had the same feelings of eh for Long Distance Call and Time is on My Side as I do, and of course was as devastated by No Rest For the Wicked as she was supposed to be. She couldn't believe they did that.

She said it was quite obvious that the strike screwed up the rhythm of the season, and that there were things they wanted to do that they couldn't.

Tuesday, on to season 4!

So, Pittsburgh is hosting the G20 summit in September. I have no idea how or why that happened, really. I mean, I love the 'Burgh, but who would have thought the G20 folks would say, "I know, Pittsburgh!"
