I just watched NKOTBSB on DWtS with the biggest smile on my face. Too, too adorable and awesome.
Erin and I got home to C-bus last night around 5. I came home to the 'Burgh this morning. We had a such a good time. But wow, since I got home today I've exchanged three phone calls and countless emails with Erin about her and Nic's relationship, talked to Adam about his plans, talked to Larry about his job(s) and his sister - she's having some health issues, and talked to Lois about her husband. I kind of miss the relative peace and quiet of the Mirage's casino with the incessant noise of the slot machines.
Anywho, tonight is Big Bang writing. 16,000 words and counting. I really need to finish is in the next two days, since I'm going back to C-bus Friday. When Erin gets home from work, we're going to Oxford, then Erin, Ashley and I are going to Cincinnati Saturday morning. The Flying Pig marathon is Sunday morning. We're all doing the half, then we're meeting my stepdad and stepbrother for lunch. My stepbrother John lives in Cincy and Dad is spending the weekend with him. Saturday is his 88th birthday. They're going to the Reds game after lunch, Ash is going back to Oxford and Erin and I are going back to C-bus, then Monday morning I'll come home. Id' rather spend Sunday night in Oxford, but it would be silly for Erin and I to take two cars to Oxford. Anyway, it feels like the actual race will be the easiest part of the weekend.
Point is, I don't exactly have the weekend to write. Otoh, between Remxi and BB, and either Cincy or PGH marathons, this is the fifth year in a row these things have collided on the first weekend in May, so I'm sort of used to it.
