My heart bleeded, girl

Nev and I are in C'bus. Larry is in his house. He's got most of what he needs, but tomorrow I need to go buy some lamps and a rug or two. I see a trip to Target. He doesn't have anything on the walls, and I'd like to get something on them before he manages to hang up his giant picture of Bobby Knight somewhere I have to look at it.

Also, it's "make do," not "make due." I've seen that twice today, once in the Chicago Sun Times, who should know better.

\o/ for the Buffalo Sabres. I have nothing against the Rangers, I really don't, not anymore, anyway. I've gotten over the 1992 playoffs, really! (Hmm, I wonder if there was a bounty on Mario, and how much Adam Graves got? JK.)

Anyway, I just really don't want the Pens to have to play the Flyers in the first round, that's all. And the Pens are only one point behind the Rangers and the Pens have 9 games left to play and the Rangers have 8 and it would just be nice to pass them in the standings and *not* have to play Philly in the first round. It's not that I think they can't win, I just think they'd be beat to hell by the time it was over.

Haha, someone asked a Philly sports reporter the other day who gets booed louder in their building, Ovie or Sid, and she laughed a lot and said you would not believe how loud it gets when they're booing Sid, it's no contest.

A five game suspension for Duncan Keith. I think that's fair. I think all season the league should have been coming down harder than 3-5 games for head hits, especially deliberate chicken wings, but they haven't, so...five games seems fair. Daniel Sedin should get a game or three, imo, but that's the way it is in sports, the person who retaliates gets in the most trouble.

And lol at all the hockey talk on a night when SPN came back.
