foxmonkey's birthday. I miss you, foxmonkey.
New SPN tonight! What with the debate pretty much everywhere, that's a few less things - okay, Criminal Minds - that I have to record while I'm at class. Lois wanted to know if I was going to record the debate. Not hardly. It's not like it's going to change my mind, and I cannot bear listening to Mitt speak. I'll read about it later.
So, Sam and Dean! On my TV again! I haven't been bothered by any of the spoilers I've read so far, I'm just excited they're back. Also, I never listen to what Jared says at Comic Con - he's such a troll. New night, new season, new showrunner. Bring it on.
I'm going to tell my sign class tonight that they have to start watching Switched at Birth. It's on ABC Family on Monday nights, and has a lot of deaf characters, a lot of hearing people who sign with varying degrees of ability, and Marlee Matlin. I recently discovered it by accident and I was like, wait, how come I didn't know about this?
Let's see, what else am I watching? I often feel out of step with my flist. I don't read SFF or YA, I haven't seen The Avengers, I don't watch Merlin or Sherlock or Dr. Who. I never watched Buffy.
Otoh, I do share fandoms and fannish memories with a lot of people, so I guess it's okay. :)
I'm watching:
TAR, Revenge, Dancing With the Stars, Mike and Molly, Hawaii 50, Castle, NCIS, Parenthood, The Middle, Modern Family, Happy Endings, Criminal Minds, Supernatural, TBBT, and Project Runway. When they're on, I watch Leverage, Rizzoli and Isles, Top Chef, and Suits. I'm planning on watching Nashville. Not exactly what everyone else seems to watch, but there you go.
Okay, I'm off to class, where we have to decide what to do about class on Halloween, which is a Wednesday this year. If I cancel and extend things by a week, that brings us to Thanksgiving, which doesn't work. I'd like to just reschedule on Thursday that week, but everyone has to agree. Actually what I'd really like to say is "too bad, so sad," class is on Wednesdays, come or don't.
