I signed into MTYG on my laptop, you know, back when I submitted my story, and even though it's been closed and shut down and restarted, it's keeping me signed in there and I can't sign in anywhere else. No matter what computer, what browser, no way, no how. The problem, of course, is that I still have no QWERTYUIOP on my laptop and Apple is taking its own sweet time getting parts in. Like, it's been almost two weeks for a freakin' keyboard. I'm assuming I got lost in the holiday shuffle and I'll call them today, but still. WTF? And I can't email the elfs because...well, you know, can't sign in except on a computer with a broken keyboard.
Oh, and the whole point of all that is feedback. I can't send any and time's running out to send it before the author reveal.
About a month ago I called Disney to give them our flight information for the Magical Express, because even though their web page says you can do it online, you can't. So they sent vouchers for Larry and I but not for Erin and Ashley, so now I have to call them again. I know you don't really need vouchers but I just want to make sure they're in the system. When we went down in October with Merri, I called several times to make sure she was in the system because we were traveling separately, and they assured me she was and she wasn't and the ME people gave her a hard time at the airport, as did the check-in people at the resort. And I know from last year that any attempt to talk to Disney people this week will result in DO YOU KNOW HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE ARRIVING NEXT WEEKEND FOR THE MARATHON? DO YOU THINK YOU'RE SPECIAL? Which is very unDisney-like, and yes, I know how many people, thank you.
The point is, why can't people just do their jobs right the first time?
I think if I take down my Christmas tree today, I'll feel less crabby. Also, I must go find season 2 of Criminal Minds. I wonder how cheap they are at Best Buy?
