Man, remember the good old days of RPF when you didn't have to include "if you Googled yourself, turn back now" in the warnings?

I spent a good part of my afternoon picking out the 21 games for my Blue Jackets tickets. I needed to make it so I'm not driving to Columbus three times a week, or staying over there for days on end, plus juggle Disney World and ballet tickets and figure out where we're going to be for Thanksgiving and Christmas, plus my plans to spend February anywhere but here. My very own personal season ticket rep told me today that they're confident the season will start on time and they don't have any contingency plans in place if it doesn't. But he assured me that they'll come up with one if it's necessary. Very reassuring.

The BJ site is very nice, and I can do all sorts of things with my tickets, including exchange, sell, forward, print, or donate them to charity.

When Adam came home for Erin's wedding, I paid for his plane ticket online because he doesn't have a credit card, and he promised he'd pay me back, which he did. In yen. He handed me 200,000 yen before he left the other day, which would be nice if I was going to visit him any time soon, but meanwhile, that's around $2400 I could actually use now. I guess I need to find a place to exchange them - I'm hoping my bank will do that.

Larry is convinced my toe is broken, or the bone is at least chipped. It doesn't hurt very much, but it's still red and swollen and kind of cool to the touch. Tomorrow is my scheduled 22 mile run that I don't think I'll be doing. Once again I'll be heading into a marathon without running much at all in the month beforehand. I'm going to give it a try next week and see how it feels.

Poor Ashley fell while she was running on Sunday, and her knees and palms are a mess. That's the fourth time she's fallen while running. At least I can say I've never done that.
