withdiamonds at 11:17pm on 27/11/2012Nev and I came back to Pgh yesterday. It's kind of peaceful to be alone. Lucy was very happy to see us. We had such a nice time in Cbus. We missed Adam, when we remembered him. I did get an email from him, wishing us a Happy Thanksgiving, telling me his life is fantastic, asking me if Colleen deleted her FB or if she just has him blocked, and letting me know I can ask her for the engagement ring back anytime I want. WHY DO I HAVE TO DO THAT? HOW IS THAT MY RESPONSIBILITY?
Hockey is making me cranky today - mostly idiots on Twitter, of course. Mediation, decertification, Marvin Miller's funeral, Sid wants to go to Europe, (hopefully Magnitogorsk if he goes), blah blah.
And then, SPN-wise, I caught a glimpse of Sam hate this morning, and I work hard to avoid that kind of shit. And THEN I saw a whole boatload of crap about the way Danneel voted for Peoples' Choice awards, with people saying she only voted for Jared when people called her out on it. Like she was wrong for voting for Jensen. And what an insincere, terrible person she was for just voting for Jensen/voting on Twitter where everyone could see/did I mention being a terrible person. And she should know better than to vote publicly because of "certain elements" in fandom, so it was her own fault for people giving her shit. No wonder she voted for Ian Somerhalder. And it just enraged me, how stupid some people are.
So, fandom things didn't make me very happy today. I hate when that happens. It'll be better tomorrow, I'm sure.
