withdiamonds at 10:45pm on 08/10/2003I'm adding an addendum to my proposed policy that recording artists who put siren sound effects on their songs should be smacked- that goes for squealing tires, too. I'm talking to you, Bubba Sparxx.
So, while I was enjoying all the lists of 20 things people love about Lance/JC/Chris/Joey/Justin, I started thinking. And I made lists, only different. My top five favorite moments from the times I have actually seen the guys live. Which would be the Pittsburgh Celebrity concert, CFTC IV and V, Rent, and the Pittsburgh and Columbus Stripped/Justified concerts.
1) Going on and on and on during the banter portion of the Celebrity concert, mostly about hockey. Mario Lemieux!! I didn't think he was ever going to shut up, and neither did anyone else, including the guys. Lance was clearly getting antsy. It was great.
2) CFTC IV- Teasing JC during the game when JC had a free throw, talking about the headband around his neck and calling him "C."
3) CFTC IV- Being all pissy with a girl who seemed to be a family member, seated a few rows behind the bench. She seemed to be trying to get him to continue arguing, but he just blew her off.
4)CFTC IV- Skills competition. Getting his nephew to take his place in the human bowling ball. JC clearly wished he had done the same.
5) This one is Bev, not Chris, but hey, she's clearly where he gets his sense of humor from. CFTC V- skills competition. We were seated a few rows behind the Fatones. A lot "" of girls were going up to Joe Sr, laughing, flirting, having their picture taken with him. Bev walked up to him and said, "Oh, Mr. Fatone, can I take my picture with you?" Then she kissed him on the cheek and she and Joe and Phyllis cracked up.
And now, to bed. To dream of Justin on SNL, JC on Wade's show, and Joey and Lance being Chris's cheering section in Jamaica.
