So, [livejournal.com profile] kiffle said, ""It’s all about Kaner and his mom. I really hope someone writes a story about Segs hitting on her and Kaner flipping out, whining to Jonny." And then this happened. The title (Beatles, Your Mother Should Know) is almost longer than the story. (1186 words)

Hockey RPF, Patrick Kane, Jonathan Toews, Tyler Seguin, Donna Kane.

On some level, some level far, far away that Patrick didn't want to think about, he knew his mom was hot. )

Fandom: Hockey RPF
Pairing: None. This is gen. Outsider POV.
Word count:1689
Notes: This was inspired by [livejournal.com profile] quiet000001, who in a conversation about players going to Europe during the lockout, said, "I am also quite curious as to how much when players go where is actually strategic. Obviously going to play for another team is complicated enough that they can't just write a script, but if all of the big names had bailed at once, that might have made people less supportive of the players, for example." Title from "Hernando's Hideaway."

Summary: It's not like there was a secret Master List and a guy with a burner phone sitting in a hidden location somewhere in Brooklyn making mysterious calls in the middle of the night. "Briere? You're up. Germany. Start packing. And take Giroux with you."

Title: Silence like a cancer grows
Pairing: Sidney Crosby/Evgeny Malkin
Rating: G
Word Count: 2420
Warnings: Not really.
Notes: So this story was inspired by the title. I mean, I heard Simon and Garfunkle's "Sound of Silence," and silence like a cancer grows seemed like an awesome title for a story. However, the story itself doesn't live up to the weight of that title, but no other title seemed right, either. I mean, it's not a bad story, it's just not deep.

Summary: Geno stops talking on a Friday.
